You will be notified within 24 hours if any merchandise is out of stock.

We have many items in our store that are not listed on the website. if you have special requests for merchandise, please let us know. We also offer some quantity discounts on specific items. For instance, we have had customers order several hundred of a specific item for wedding favors.
Return authorization must be received before sending an item back to us for a refund or replacement. Returned merchandise must be in original condition. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt to receive a refund or store credit. Please contact us immediately regarding any damaged or defective merchandise, or for any errors in shipping. We will work hard to resolve any problems.

To protect our environment and reduce waste, we re-use boxes and packing material when we can. Only clean interior packing materials will be used, such as Styrofoam, bubble wrap, and packing paper. This practice saves you money and reduces trash in our landfills.
