Jeff Guinn, John Erickson scheduled for book signings
Two of our favorite authors are scheduled for book signings at Texas Star Trading Company in March and April.
Fort Worth author JEFF GUINN comes to town on Thursday, March 23, to sign his latest book, Waco, about the disastrous siege at the Branch Davidian compound 30 years ago. He will speak briefly at 2 p.m., followed by a book signing. We’ll have a few seats available and plenty of standing room.
Jeff, the 2017 winner of the A.C. Greene distinguished Texas author award, has also written non-fiction best-sellers about Bonnie & Clyde, Charles Manson, and the Jim Jones cult. Copies of those books will be available as well.
Popular Hank the Cowdog author JOHN ERICKSON is coming back to Texas Star for a book signing on Saturday, April 15, from 10 a.m. to noon.
He’s now published 78 Hank novels, plus five Hank non-fiction books on ranch life, and other titles, including his latest – Porch Talk. We try to keep all the Hank books in stock all the time, filling at least two shelves.
Erickson’s books are popular with adults as well as kids. Bring the whole family.
We’re so glad to be having book signings again; they really dropped off during the pandemic. We hope you’ll come by and pick up some good reading by these fine authors – and super nice guys.
